MOST WANTED MUSIC 2019, the better, modern, weirder music convention, has a voice control challenge for you: Submit your music-related voice control project – and win amazing prizes, including a high-profile showcase at Berlin’s biggest music conference. Click here to apply! “Voice is the next web” some say, and even though there are plenty of reasons that make it hard to compare the new voice channels to the internet, voice skills will generally gain relevance and especially offer exciting, novel ways for music discovery and interaction at home and on the move. Already in 2018, we created a white paper on “smart and immersive music marketing trends” with our partner music:)ally with a highlight on voice tech for music. Now, we want to take the next step and invite music and tech crowds to come forward with ideas on how we will make, discover and experience music via the new voice channels. From today on, with its launch at prestigous Berlin Startupnight, every voice control creator can now submit their creations to the voice control challenge until October, 21. A team of experts will then decide who gets a chance to present their creative voice control project at MW:M19! We will accept all applications that address music making, discovery and interaction via voice control independent from the platform they are designed for. In October 2019, we plan an additional event in the context of Hybrid Music Lab in central Berlin, details are tbd. At MOST WANTED: MUSIC on 6-7th Nov we will offer a dedicated space for the best projects and let our guests experience the creations for themselves. The best projects and interactions will be chosen by the MW:M19 audience and will be rewarded after the conference. Thank you for your proposal!
