The world of work is changing and so are the expectations of the people in it. That means that recruitment is also changing – simply meeting the shortage of skilled workers is no longer enough. Demands on companies in the music industry, and on their internal culture, have changed significantly too: sustainability, new forms of work, the value-oriented use of new technologies and true workforce diversity are increasingly important as part of a successful recruitment process.
MW:M’s brand-new Recruiting Day addresses this change and aims to provide innovative support. Through innovative attendee input sessions, workshops, playful interaction moments, and short interviews for new job profiles, MW:M and Young Targets combine the workplace zeitgeist and the needs of job-seekers, all under the banner of “Green Recruiting”.
The aim of the MW:M Recruiting Day is to make music industry companies – and applicants to jobs in it – curious about each other, and help them enter into dialogue in exciting ways. There is a big transformation needed: so we want to unite the companies and talents who have the skills to tackle it together.

MW:M Recruiting Day will take place on Day 2 of the conference, on 10th November. In addition to the activities mentioned above, we also offer companies and recruiters the opportunity to actively participate: you can present yourself via speed dating, through PechaKucha sessions, or with your own booth on-site.
