Biography

Dr. Matthias Rauch has been Head of ""Cultural Urban Development & Cultural and Creative Industries at NEXT Mannheim since 2020. From 2014 - 2018 he was 2nd chairman of the Gesellschaft für Musikwirtschafts- und Musikkulturforschung (GMM) e.V. Since 2020, he is speaker of the regional group Rhein-Neckar of the Kulturpolitische Gesellschaft e.V. He is a sought-after keynote speaker on the topics of cultural and urban innovation, and cultural urban development, as well as creativity, and cultural- and creative- industries.
