We’re thrilled to unveil the exciting programme for Most Wanted: Music 2025, where we invite you to Transform!
From 11–13 November, MW:M25 will explore how music’s unique power as “humanity’s love language” can shape not only culture, but also the architecture of the future music ecosystem.
This year’s convention brings together 150 speakers and 90 sessions across four interconnected verticals — Business, Social Impact, NextTech, and Scene — each tackling transformation from a new angle. Expect visionary thinkers, creators, and industry leaders sharing insights, experiences, and practical solutions for a more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative music industry.

Convention Highlights
Here are three sessions that perfectly capture the spirit of MW:M25:
Breaking the Silence: Mental Well-Being and Long-Term Success
Lara Tanger, together with other inspiring voices, examines how traditional definitions of “success” in the music industry impact mental health — and how we can create a healthier, more sustainable work culture. Moderated by Ariane Petchow, this session shares strategies for breaking stigma, building support systems, and prioritising well-being as the foundation for lasting success.
Viva con Agua meets EarthPercent: How Music Is Powering Change
Music is a force for change — but how can it help solve the world’s most urgent issues? With Micha Fritz (Viva con Agua) and Cathy Runciman (EarthPercent), this session explores how festivals, artists, and initiatives are turning cultural capital into real social and environmental impact. Together with the audience, the panel will imagine new “impact architectures” for music — where creativity meets purpose.

Change Will Come, Again and Again: Why Transformation Is Key (Opening Keynote)
Patrick Mushatsi-Kareba, former CEO of Sony Music GSA and pioneer at Musicload, Napster, and iTunes, explores why transformation isn’t just inevitable — it’s essential. In this inspiring keynote, Patrick reflects on lessons learned from decades of reinvention and shows how embracing change is the key to long-term success in music.
