Information on accessibility

Most Wanted: Music is a space for everyone. We are dedicated to ensuring the most comfortable experience possible, before, during and after the event, both on-site and online. It is vital that all guests attending the conference feel safe, welcome and respected. All participants are responsible for contributing to this. Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Here is some information to help plan your visit, if you have further questions please get in touch with us via following email address: inclusion@mwm-berlin.de

Access public transport and venues
  • Access to the nhow Hotel is barrier-free
  • The RAW grounds and their entrances are only partially accessible. There are two accessible entrances in total:
    • Revaler Str. between Libauer Str. and Simon-Dach Str.
    • Revaler Str. / Dirschauer Str.
  • Subway stop “S+U Warschauer Straße” has a lift
  • Tram stop Revaler Str. all lines are barrier-free
  • Guests with mobility and visual impairments may use the companion service of the VBB (information in German only use Google translate for other languages)
  • The path between venues at RAW Gelände is unfortunately cobblestone.
Accessible parking

The nhow hotel has two parking spaces for people with disabilities

There are no parking spaces for people with disabilities on the RAW grounds; if you contact us in advance, we can try to reserve a parking space at one of the venues (however, we’ll need to notify the venues beforehand). Alternatively, the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district provides a map showing all accessible parking spaces

Tickets & accompanying persons

Guests with disabilities with a disabled person’s pass (Schwerbehindertenausweis mit Vermerk B) can bring an accompanying person free of charge. You do not need an extra ticket, just go to registration and you will receive your extra ticket. If you do not have a disabled person’s pass but feel you need an accompanying person, you may also bring them.

You don’t have to wait in line, just pass the queue and go directly to the registration counter to receive your ticket.

Charging point for electric wheelchairs

Electric wheelchairs can be charged at nhow Hotel, House of Music and Treehouse.

Service dogs welcome

If you need a service dog you are welcome to bring it. There will be a bowl of water available at Palais.

Light sensitive effects

There will be no stroboscope or light sensitive effects used at the LISTEN TO BERLIN: AWARDS or the MW:M Convention. We cannot guarantee this for the concerts of MW:M Club Festival.

All-gender toilets

At the main conference venue nhow Hotel and the Club Festival venues (Treehouse, House of Music, Badehaus) all toilets are all-gender toilets.

  • nhow Hotel: All guest areas are accessible without steps or via a ramp or elevator; the public accessible restroom is accessible from both sides (the sink is not wheelchair-accessible).
  • Treehouse: There are no steps leading to the TREEHOUSE. Accessible restrooms are located in the neighboring venues, House of Music and Kult Café. There are two parking spaces right outside the door.
