Amplify Berlin / QSONIC (Queer Musik & Art Lab)
Sumo Raphaela Akcali is a music professional whose curatorial and production experience spans Amplify Residency Berlin at ACUD, CTM Festival, Choreographing Politics, Female Gaze at Bode Museum and Kolbe Museum. She has also been involved with Heroines of Sound at Radialsystem, Tanz im August at HAU Hebbel am Ufer, and Transmediale at HKW and Podewil. Further stations include Africologne Festival Cologne and Humboldt Forum.

At QSONIC, Sujmo’s production and curation work moves beyond a conventional role, becoming a living weave of sound and space. QSONIC shapes atmospheres, connects sound with material, and builds collective free spaces as places of resonance. Above all, QSONIC is a network for sharing knowledge and amplifying marginalised perspectives — strengthening the Berlin scene and its international ties from within.
