Sophia Hughes is the Junior Programme Manager for this year’s Most Wanted: Music convention and Digital Marketing Assistant at Berlin indie label City Slang. Alongside that she was the host of the podcast “All the gear, but no idea.” In it she learned about the experiences of those who are minority in the music industry, going into more depth on various jobs, and learning how to navigate the space as a minority.
