Session

Wired for This: ADHD in the Music Industry

ADHD is more and more common in the music industry and a music career is closely attuned to how that neurology works. Hyperfocus powers the long, immersive stretches where the strongest creative work happens. The same wiring shapes how people move through touring, creativity, feedback, scheduling, and the administrative side of a career.

This panel brings together people who live with ADHD and work in music to share the systems, supports and structures that let their neurology do what it does best.
