Nina Himmelreich is a PhD researcher at the University of Liverpool’s Institute for Popular Music. She investigates gender inequality in Germany’s music industry through queer-feminist, intersectional methods. Featured in the 2024 Keychange Report, she lectures, works on the Live Music Mapping Project, co-founded MusicSeen CIC, and hosts Plattenschatz im Schattenplatz.
