Nanja Oedi lives her passion for music in many ways: as a musicologist, marketing director, and co-founder of Music Family Hub.
Born in Berlin with roots in Myanmar and Taiwan she has been working internationally in the music industry for over 15 years and now heads a creative team.
As a mother of a daughter, she founded the parent initiative and start-up Music Family Hub with her partner Pamela Bürger. Her goal is to make organisations more open to parents, creating family-friendliness and equal opportunities, and thus securing skilled workers.
Music Family Hub provides innovative B2B solutions, including engaging workshops, networking opportunities, and creative childcare options to support businesses.
Since 2024, Nanja and Pam have also been running the Better Space, a community, creative, and co-working space for families in Berlin Friedrichshain. In 2025, they launched the Mom’s Got Talent Academy – an initiative to empower creative mothers through training, mentoring, and new career opportunities in the music and creative industries.
In addition to her professional activities, Nanja is also committed to social issues, including serving as Chairwoman for the NGO “Burma Projekt e.V. Berlin.“
