Dean Bryce is a London-based A&R, DJ, and founder of music company Don’t Sleep. He’s former Head of Music at Boiler Room and was part of the early core management teams for UK music icons MJ Cole and Roots Manuva.
Dean is best known for signing Peggy Gou and Mercury prize winning acts Young Fathers, and Speech Debelle at Ninja Tune. Now developing the next wave of talent including Jessy Blakemore and Infinite Coles, Dean continues to bridge culture with global audiences shaping the next wave of boundary-pushing artists.
