Bye Bye Plastic Foundation
Camille is a music professional who builds movements at the intersection of culture and climate. As co-Founder and Managing Director of Bye Bye Plastic Foundation, she has turned the music and events industry into a living laboratory for circular economy transitions, from eliminating single-use plastics to designing resilient, future-proofed events.

Bye Bye Plastic’s work began with the Eco-Rider, a sustainability tool for artists that showed how cultural leverage drives climate action faster than regulation alone. Her work is grounded in a core conviction: that creative economies are not a footnote to the green transition, they are one of its most powerful engines.
A purpose-led entrepreneur who built a cross-border nonprofit from a viral idea into an internationally operating foundation, Camille also speaks candidly about what it means to lead with mission at the centre. Her talks blend strategic rigour with cultural fluency, leaving audiences with a sharper question and a clearer next step.

Green Frequency: The Sustainable Music Business

Sustainability in the music industry has moved past pledges and into operational practice. Festivals are running on systems that did not exist five years ago. Venues are measuring energy use and acting on what they find. Vinyl is being pressed in materials that were experimental a short time ago. New mechanisms are routing money from streaming into environmental work. This panel brings together the people doing that work and asks what is holding at scale.

Artist Eco-Rider 2.0

An artist’s career still heavily relies on a robust touring schedule which makes the road, airport and greenroom default office environments. How can one solidly voice their environmental & health preferences in such instances? How can artists play a part in building a more environmentally resilient future for themselves and the wider scene? This workshop, led by Bye Bye Plastic, will walk participants through some of the creative questions and answers surrounding this topic, hoping to inspire them to take a leap and lead by example.
