Through workshops, art and journaling, Adam Naber questions identities based on the idea of supremacy. Growing up as a white man in a society shaped by patriarchy and colonialism Adam asks himself: How can we unlearn our (un)conscious patterns of oppression? As one possibility, he began developing workshops on masculinity and patriarchy.
In 2023 he met committed people from the festival and cultural scene. Together, they founded the collective spotlight e.V.
