About Ghouffii
Ghoufii is an artist manager and founder of three Berlin platforms: Les Biens Events, Les Biens Club, and Mayday Agency, her booking and management operation. Together they form one of the city’s most diverse FLINTA* nightlife ecosystems, and a live case study of what happens when artists build their own audiences from scratch and refuse to hand them over to platforms or brands without rewriting the terms first.
Her work sits at the intersection of stage, community, and business, moving fluidly between the DJ booth, venue programming, and artist representation. Through Les Biens, she has created spaces that centre voices often left out of Berlin’s mainstream club economy. Through Mayday Agency, she treats artist representation as long term stewardship rather than transactional booking.

In an attention economy where brands and platforms buy their way to fans, who actually owns the relationship? The artist, the platform, or the sponsor paying for it?
