MW:M26 Opening Ceremony

Most Wanted: Music 2026 begins on the Main Stage! A live opening performance from Berlin vocalist Yasmin Umay sets the mood for the morning, followed by our welcome to MW:M26 and opening remarks introducing the thinking behind this year’s edition. An impulse address looks at what the music industry means for Berlin and how policy can support the sector through a time of change. The Opening Keynote, The Counter Gaze, then explores how technology can help reclaim the dancefloor from the digital gaze.

Arrive early, find your seat and start MW:M26 together with the whole MW:M community!
