Meet the Bookers

Meet the Bookers is a speed-networking format which connects artists and emerging music professionals with bookers from clubs, festivals and live music contexts.
The session will start with a short introduction of the participating bookers. After that, participants will join timed small-group conversations at the booker tables, with around three participants per table per round.
Please note: This is not a pitching session and does not guarantee bookings.
The session creates space for direct exchange: How do bookers work? What makes a strong booking request? What information do they need from artists? And how can meaningful contacts be built beyond a single pitch?
