The Swag – 15th Anniversary

Berlin’s THE SWAG bring hip-hop back to its live roots. Six musicians from five countries and three continents fuse soul, jazz, funk and Afrobeats into an organic, high-energy sound shaped by improvisation and collaboration. Since 2011, their SWAG JAM has grown into one of Berlin’s most established live hip-hop sessions – a space for open mics, spontaneous encounters and artists from the local scene and around the world. Guests have included Erykah Badu, Bilal, Dead Prez and Robert Glasper.

At MW:M Club Festival, THE SWAG celebrate 15 years of music, community and the unpredictable energy that only a real live band can create.
