MIT DIR Festival

Sarah Glaßner is Head of Booking at MIT DIR Festival, a collaboratively created festival for music, art and culture in Brandenburg. Together with the booking team, she curates the festival program and advocates for greater diversity in its line-up. For Sarah, festivals are also platforms for social change: deciding who gets a stage is a political choice that shapes visibility, participation and whose voices get to influence culture.

HOUSE QUEENS: REWIRE THE DANCEFLOOR

Venue: Süss. War Gestern,Wühlischstraße 43, 10245 Berlin (Friedrichshain)

HOUSE QUEENS presents a satellite event that extends MW:M’s REWIRE theme into practice by rethinking access and visibility in club culture. Through a curated night of DJ sets, community exchange, and short talks, it highlights how booking systems can be reshaped to support FLINTA* and queer artists. The event turns discussion into lived experience, connecting industry delegates with grassroots perspectives from Berlin’s electronic music scene.
