In 2026, we’re opening the programme to your ideas once again. If you have a session that needs to happen, a debate the industry has been avoiding, a workshop that’s missing from every conference, a format that just makes sense, propose it here.
Who this call is for
This call is for you if you’re an organisation with something to share: a label, agency, association, tech company, or platform that wants to curate a session aligned with one of our four verticals. Or a collective of practitioners bringing together a perspective that doesn’t live in any one organisation. Or an individual programme-maker with a session idea so good it should be on the schedule. Or anyone who wants to shape what gets discussed at MW:M26 and the wider music industry..
What you get as a Session host
- A session slot on the MW:M Convention programme
- Curatorial support from our programme team: help with format, facilitation, and speaker mix
- Free conference registration for the session host(s)/speaker(s)

What we’re looking for
- that fit one of the four verticals: BUSINESS, SOCIAL IMPACT, NEXTTECH, or SCENEthat move beyond pure discussion toward a practical outcome: frameworks, action steps, decisions, new collaborations,
- that bring perspectives that don’t already get airtime in the industry. MW:M particularly provides a stage foremerging scenes, underrepresented voices, fresh research, cross-sector pairings,
- that use formats that actually serve the content.ot every topic needs a panel.Plus anything that doesn’t fit these criteria but rewires what’s possible.
How it works
Fill in the form by 3 July 2026. Our curatorial team reviews all submissions and we get back to you with a decision shortly after. If accepted, we work with you on format, speaker line-up, and logistics.
