Lina Burghausen is a curator, music journalist, and PR specialist based in Leipzig. Since 2025, she has taken on the role of Senior Program Manager for Most Wanted: Music.
In addition, Lina runs her agency MONA LINA, supporting independent artists with strategic PR, consulting, and workshops. Her extensive experience spans labels, festivals, and artist management.
Lina hosts the music industry podcast Reeperbahn Festival Deep Dive with Alex Barbian. She is also the founder of the 365 Fe*male MCs blog project and has initiated numerous formats to amplify the visibility of FLINTA* artists in rap.
Her contributions have been recognised with the International Music Journalism Award, the VUT Indie Award, and the HYPE & Friends Award. She was also a participant in the Keychange Program 2020/2021.
