Golchehr Ghavami

Golchehr is a strategist and cultural organiser with over two decades of experience supporting artists, creative founders, and music communities. She found and ran GEIST Agency, a pioneering artist management and booking company that worked with a wide roster of international musicians, building long-term careers and sustainable touring models. Golchehr now leads SIBLING, a flexible strategic partner for artists, managers, and small creative teams, designed to provide senior support without the overhead of traditional structures. Golchehr also serves on the Global Music Advisory Board for EarthPercent, contributing to fundraising and climate action initiatives within the music industry.
