Juana

Juana’s self produced music moves between emotional rawness and restless experimentation. Blending art rock and experimental electronic pop, she builds songs around layered voices, shifting structures and field recordings. Her background as a dancer brings a physical sense of rhythm to her performances that is equally concerned with inner worlds. Her work has been presented at Berliner Festspiele, Sónar Istanbul, Heimathafen Neukölln and TAK Theater Berlin, where her music and dance theatre piece HERE SURROUNDED BY WATER premiered in May 2025. During a Musicboard Berlin residency at HELLERAU, she expanded her live performance practice through altering vocal processing with a movement tracking sensor and ambisonic sound, presenting the results at an Open Studio and Black Box White Cube XR.

Juana will perform a 10-minute live set as part of the Artist Meetup. An evening of new music, exchange and connections.
