Pamela Bürger is an seasoned Senior Product Manager with over 15 years of experience in the music industry. She is distinguished by her passion for music, her strong commitment to social justice, and her advocacy for family-friendliness.
Her career began with training as a media clerk for audiovisual media, coordinating a monthly TV music magazine and organising music projects for children and teenagers in a disadvantaged neighbourhood.
In 2023, she co-founded the parent initiative, Music Family Hub, with Nanja Oedi, which advocates for better work-life balance. They promote a culture and work environment of family friendliness and equal opportunities for all – and they have implemented concepts for parents, families, and children in organisations that can be easily integrated into the daily work routine.
Since 2024, they have been running the community, creative, and co-working space “Better Space” in Friedrichshain, Berlin.
In 2025, they launched the Mom’s Got Talent Academy – an initiative to empower creative mothers through training, mentoring, and new career opportunities in the music and creative industries.
