As a specialist in digital consulting, strategy development, PR, innovation, tech and sustainability, Martina Zurhold is a top-known colleague with oomph, even before she started at RockCity Hamburg. Since April 2023, Martina has been in charge of sustainability at RockCity, where she primarily promotes topics and projects related to environmental sustainability. Since June 2023, she has overseen the Green Touring Fund, which funds climate- and environmentally-friendly touring by Hamburg musicians. She also initiated the first sustainability survey among music creatives in Hamburg and published it in spring 2024. The topic of climate-friendly mobility has been a focus of her work ever since. In April 2025, together with Music Declares Emergency Germany, she launched the first interactive Green Touring Rider for artists, bookers, labels and management.
