Kimberly Balthasar is responsible for artist and product strategy at Herbert Grönemeyer’s independent label Groenland Records, working with artists such as LEILA, Siggi, Oehl, and Philipp Poisel, and managing the rising artist S1RENA.
Active in the music industry since 2013, she combines expertise in artist development, creative strategy, and digital innovation. Her work focuses on community-driven storytelling and building sustainable artist ecosystems, developing campaigns that strengthen fan engagement and digital reach.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Social and Business Communication and is completing her Master’s in Leadership in Digital Innovation at the University of the Arts Berlin.
