Johannes Marx

Born in 1974, Johannes Marx is a musician and producer. In the early 2000s he successfully toured with his band Pitchtuner, playing over 600 shows. For over 10 years he has been a coach at the renowned HPI School of Design Thinking Potsdam, a direct offshoot of Stanford University d.school. Johannes has a passion for both analytical thinking and creative processes. After doing psychology research for several years – studying the relation between behaviour, perception and physiological parameters – while following his passion for music, he managed to merge both worlds through design in 2009. Being on tour with his band Pitchtuner for more than 15 years in Europe, USA and Asia trained him to embrace, respect and appreciate different cultures and working styles. He currently lives in Berlin and frequently visits Asia.
