New in 2025: The Artist Academy

This year, the MW:M Artist Academy makes its debut as part of Most Wanted: Music 2025, offering two days of professional development for emerging artists, their teams, and all conference participants eager to expand their skills and networks.

Running alongside the MW:M Live showcase festival on November 12–13, 2025, the Academy equips around 100 participants with essential knowledge, hands-on experience, and direct access to A&R managers, bookers, label executives, and successful artists.

Through workshops, one-on-one mentorship, curated matchmaking, and exclusive networking events, the Academy covers five core learning pillars:
