For INDOME, seeking the stage whilst fostering a loving community around her is a transformative practice to emancipate from trauma. “Permission To Feel” is the emotionally striking testament of a gifted girl with Southeast Asian roots, who grows up to be a woman in Berlin. In the midst of coming of age she lost her Indonesian dad. Dealing with questions about identity, she found solace in songwriting. Written and mostly produced by herself, her debut blends R&B with jungle, D&B and electronica.
