Post Clients

It all started in a tiny studio in East Berlin, every Thursday friends and musicians gathered just to make music. Driven by a shared desire to go back to basics and play together with other people in a room. No laptops, no looping, just raw spontaneity, Post Clients was born. Coming out of the underground music scenes of Germany, Austria, New Zealand, and the UK, Post Clients is a collective of Berlin-based musicians, producers, singers, DJs, and engineers: Maria Solberger (Naked Cameo), Tobias Koett (Ant Antic), Freya Bowers, Markus Hartung (Sultans Court), Jack Ritchie (Bearcubs) & Carina Zimmert. From stepping out of their successful solo projects and coming together to escape the rat race of the music industry, the collective put together their debut album after a year of recording sessions. Blending Krautrock rhythms, drum machines, soulful instrumentations and raw synthesizer sounds wrapped in the imperfect beauty of live takes, they embrace the noise, chatter, and occasional crackle of a room full of artists and friends simply vibing together. Post Clients are exploring each of their own unique musical heritages, but this time as a cohesive unit embedded in the alternative cultural community.
