Verena studied medicine before trusting her instincts, making a turn into the music industry, and pursuing studies in media and music management. In 2011, she co-founded the companies Dunstan Music (Artist Management, Music Publishing) and Dunstan Media (Online Music Marketing) with Nicolaj Gruzdov. Her daily business includes music marketing, music publishing, and artist management.
As a mentor in various programs (including Keychange, MEWEM, and Zukunftsmusik), she regularly shares her experiences with the next generation. Since 2021, she has also been a board member of VUT (Association of Independent Music Companies).
