Sofie Søndervik Sæther

Sofie is an Oslo based musician, leader, speaker and diversity innovator, dedicated to amplifying the representation of marginalised voices in the arts. She is a founding member of the queer, cross-disciplinary performance project and dragking band Deathman, which has taken Norwegian alternative audiences by storm. Sofie has also initiated and led a wide range of projects strengthening diversity and equality within the culture sector - with an emphasis on the next generation of performers, audiences and organizers.​
