As managing director of MusikZentrum Hannover gGmbH, she specialised in the implementation of large-scale projects in the cultural education sector and was the production manager for the Fête de la Musique Hannover for many years. One focus of her work is the promotion of girls and women at the interface to the music industry.
She is a co-founder of women\* in music Hannover, a board member of kreHtiv, the network of the creative industry in Hannover, a member of the Spokesperson\* Council of the United Culture Hannover and a member of the advisory board of the UNESCO CITY OF MUSIC Hannover.
