Michael Fritz is a professional conceptual activist and creative change manager and one of the founders of Viva con Agua (VcA).
This international network consists of more than 15.000 volunteers within the German non-profit organization, the incorporated social businesses Viva con Agua Wasser GmbH, Viva con Agua Arts gGmbH and Goldeimer gGmbH (a firm that produces compost toilets and toilet papaer), as well as non-profit branches in Uganda, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland. The Viva con Agua Foundation finally aims at intercultural exchange and education. VcA’s objective is to provide clean water to everyone in the world via development projects, intercultural exchange and awareness raising.
In 2006, he was one of the founders of Viva con Agua. It has become the first organization seeking social change that embraces the all-profit principle: all activities of the organization benefit all participants, stakeholders and the beneficiaries. So far, the living conditions of more than 3.000.000 people worldwide have been improved thanks to the activities of Viva con Agua.
