Marco Erler is specialised in each kind of copyright and media law and started as a lawyer in 2002 – and, since, 2009 working for Lausen Rechtsanwälte. He represents artists, authors, labels, publishers, aggregators, film production companies, book publishers and other companies from the media industry.
In particular, he advises clients on questions related to music law, copyright law, advertising law, and minor protection law. With regards to AI, he has already given legal advice with respect to licensing issues and the AI Act.
