BumaStemra represents composers, lyricists and music publishers. The organization provides remuneration for worldwide music use on radio, TV, streaming services, venues and in hospitality, retail and business premises, a.o.

Previously Daan was senior A\&R at MusicAllStars Publishing (Spinnin' Records) for 9 years, co-founded crowdfunding platform & music label Africa Unsigned, worked in broadcasting, organised events and was an active DJ for years.
