Wenn Val ihre Musik mit einem Wort beschreiben würde, wäre es "ehrlich". Mit Ihrem Solo-Projekt ist die Berlinerin Val seit 2021 vertreten. Ihr Indie-Pop-Rock Sound wurde von Pop-Punk, über 90er Emo bis hin zu Riot Grrrl von vielen Szenen inspiriert. Ihre Songs sind von Texten über Leben, Liebe und Lügen geprägt, in denen man sich leicht verlieren, aber auch wiederfinden kann.
Nach einigen Singles und ihrer ersten EP "To Not Be Scared At All", darf man sich nun über Vals Debut-Album "If You Like The Chaos" freuen, das im Juli 2024 erschienen ist. Egal ob mit Akustikgitarre oder ihrer energetischen Live-Band - ihre Musik bringt die Bühnen Berlins zum strahlen.

If Val were to describe her music with one word it would be "honest". Val is a Berlin-based solo-project that started around 2021. Influenced by pop-punk, early emo, as well as the riot grrrl scene, she creates a unique indie-pop-rock sound with lyrics that her listeners can find themselves in. Val's songs embody stories of love, life and coming to terms with the world and its lies.
Following a few single releases and her first EP "To Not Be Scared At All”, she finally launched her long-awaited debut album “If You Like The Chaos” in July 2024. You can catch Val live on stages all around Berlin either with her acoustic guitar or with her energetic live band.
