Leonardo Auri

Leonardo Auri (PhD candidate, Audio Communication Group, Technical University of Berlin) researches how artificial neural networks can be employed as creative tools for musicians. His innovative musical instruments use neural networks as the sound-generative component, enabling real-time exploration by musicians, and investigate sonic characteristics of different neural architectures. Finally, he is a composer and performer with a background in jazz, theatre music, and experimental sound design.
