Tim Schmitz

Tim Schmitz has been Director of People & Culture across BuddeMusic's entire corporate network since 2019. He came to both human resources and the music industry after gathering experience across a number of sectors: after graduating from high school, studying law, and training in advertising sales, he held various leading operational positions – before shaping his former employer's HR department from the ground up in 2016.
