Simón(e) Sun

Simón(e) Sun PhD is a scientist, musician, and artist in the Tollkuhn Lab at the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in New York. Her work integrates science and art by giving emotional drives to science and rational inquiry to art. Her current project – under the name SÉN – uses experimental data from living neurons to give it new life through electronic music. She hopes that her work will inspire interdisciplinary dialogues and fuel the minds and bodies of anyone in the lab – and on the dancefloor.
