MW:M19 starts tomorrow – finally! So here’s all you need to know to be prepared for two days at Germany’s #1 MusicTech conference. To make sure you are perfectly prepared for two packed days of MOST WANTED: MUSIC 2019, full of interesting music, talks and networking at Berlin’s most important Music Business & MusicTech event, we’ve assembled the most important facts for your stay in Berlin.

Please be aware that smoking outside is not permitted after 8:00 pm out of respect for our neighbours. After 8:00 pm you can smoke at Cage Club. There are no parking possibilities on-site. The next chargeable parking lot is right across the street in front of Altes Stadthaus. We advise you to take public transport, the nearest stops are in 10 min. walking distance:

TICKETS

Don’t forget to bring your ticket – either on your phone or a printed version! MW:M19 tickets have to be bought upfront, there is no box office at the entrance. If you haven’t bought your ticket for MW:M19, yet, don’t forget to get it now at mwm-berlin.de/tickets. Not enough time to attend the conference for the whole day? Don’t worry, we have a little surprise for you: the Happy Hour ticket! On Wednesday, 6th November from 3:30 pm, admission to MOST WANTED: MUSIC is free of charge! Sustainability is no mere buzzword at MW:M19! This year at MW:M, we put a high effort on our ecological footstep. At the venue, there will be no single-use plastic cups, plates or cutlery but a glass deposit system. At the main stage at LOFT, we’re using the online tool Slido for Q&As. It’s fairly easy to use:

2. Submit your questions once the Q&A starts or already during the ongoing talk.

MW:M ticket holders have access to our powerful connecting tool – the Delegates Database – for networking with other attendees and registering for Meet the Expert sessions. LOST & FOUND

Let’s not jinx it, but in case you lose any belongings, there’s a good chance that you’ll find them at the cloakroom next to the check-in counter – try checking there a little while later.
