Eva Balaban

Eva Balaban is an event, project, and sustainability manager with an international background. She is also an auditor for ISO 20121 certification and has experience with this.​ ​ As the sustainability manager at the Berlin Music Commission, she leads the project and coordinates sustainability initiatives across the German music industry. She also supports the MW:M conference with its sustainability programme, ISO 20121 certification and sustainability efforts.​ ​ Recently, Eva helped to organize the project on behalf of the EU's National Institutes of Culture. Her toolkit offers practical instruments for integrating sustainability into the practice of cultural relations. ​ Her work is driven by a passion for helping cultural institutions and events achieve positive environmental and social impacts through sustainable practices.​ ​ ​
