At the "How can we make live music sustainable amid a climate emergency?" panel, she delivered a powerful message about the urgency of addressing environmental issues in the live music industry.She reminded us that leadership is key to change, stating:"Somebody needs to make a decision and acknowledge that there is a need to do something… it’s not a priority for them to future-proof the company."From prioritizing sustainable purchasing to understanding the specific impacts of events – whether it’s travel, food, or energy – the insights shared at MW:M 2024’s Sustainability Hub have sparked important conversations.It’s clear that as an industry, we have the power to influence change.
