Mathias Blühdorn has worked in various marketing and product management roles in the music industry since 1999.

After two decades with Sony Music Entertainment Germany – including in the final few years as Senior Director, Marketing for Columbia –  he started his own business by founding a new label, publishing edition and consulting service company, together with Benjamin Voß in April 2021.

Glaswegian-born, Berlin-based environment and music industry professional Eilidh McLaughlin has over 13 years experience working in the sustainability sector – primarily within engagement, behaviour-change and project management. Eilidh is the founder of sustainability consultancy Creative-Sustainability, working with creatives to challenge climate breakdown.

She is also a co-founder of Clean Scene, a climate action collective for musicians in the dance music community, and works at POLY Artists as a booking agent, as well as heading up their finance and logistics department.
