Voice Control Challenge: Invitation to Talks and Drinks at Factory Berlin

You already know it: MOST WANTED MUSIC 2019 – the most important event in Berlin for creatives and music business professionals – introduces the Voice Control Challenge in this year’s edition. Join our after-work event at Factory Berlin, on October 16th. Get to know the minds behind the challenge, learn more about the topic and how to participate and join us for a drink! Voice control is a new, exciting way to communicate with our environment or smart devices, from home or on the road. “Voice is the new web,” has recently been said. Meanwhile, the “Internet of Things” has long been an issue thanks to built-in voice assistants like Siri or Alexa or AI inventions such as Google Home. Concludingly, voice activation and smart speakers became an exciting topic – for developers and marketers. Certainly, it also plays a key role when creating and discovering music. That is why we now dare the experiment at MW:M! Starting with a foretaste next week at our Creative Voice Control event at Factory Berlin (near Görlitzer Park) on October 16th. Experts of both tech and creative fields will offer insights into voice control, voice activation and smart voice assistants. Presented by Hybrid Music Lab and Creative Control, the evening’s line up is the following: 5:30 pm Doors 6:00 pm Talks 6:30 pm Drinks After launching the Voice Control Challenge a month ago at Startupnight Berlin, this event is another warm-up for MW:M19. To be part of it, RSVP here and get your tickets here! By the way, you can still apply for the Voice Control Challenge: Deadline is October 21st! We accept all projects exploring the possibilities of voice control in music – regardless of the platform for which they were developed. At MOST WANTED: MUSIC 2019 on 6 and 7 November at Alte Münze Berlin, the best voice control projects are displayed. The best exhibitions are chosen by the audience of MW:M19 and honoured after the conference. Apply! The Hybrid Music Lab is not just another “innovation hub”. Instead, MW:M established Hybrid Music Lab as a practical, dialogue-driven space to pioneers and visionaries from music and tech. In doing so, it creates solutions and next steps, not just hot air! In 2019, MW:M focusses on voice assistant systems, Big Data and AI, AR & VR at the interface to marketing, Smart Music City and Sustainable Tech.
