Corona FAQ: Everything you need to know about our safety precautions at MW:M21

Keeping everyone safe at Most Wanted: Music 2021

With these protective measures, taking into account the hygiene and infection control measures, we would like to carry out the event MW:M21 in such a way that a further spread of the coronavirus in the population by infection among guests, participants and employees during the stay on the event site is avoided.

 

3G and 2G Rules

The listen to berlin Awards event on 26.10.21 and the MW:M conference on 27.10.21 will be held under 3G conditions. Access will only be granted to persons who have been vaccinated, have recovered (persons are considered to have recovered if the positive PCR test was at least 28 days up to a maximum of 6 months ago) or present a daily updated test (not older than 24 hours). A test center is located on the premises of the Kulturbrauerei (https://www.coronazentrum-kulturbrauerei.de/). The cost of the test must be paid by the visitor.

The following measures apply to all visitors for these events:

  • Individuals at higher risk for severe COVID-19 disease (viewable at https://www.rki.de/DE/Content/InfAZ/N/Neuartiges_Coronavirus/Risikogruppen.html) are advised not to attend the event.
  • Visitors are strongly advised not to attend the event if
    • the person is living in the same household as an infected person. Only if the infected person in the same household has been certified recovered 10 days prior to the start of the event is attendance permitted.
    • the person has had contact with infected persons within the last 10 days before the start of the event.
    • the person is infected with COVID-19 at the time of the event.
    • one of the above cases occurs, unless there is a negative antigen test that is less than 48 hours old when presented.
  • There is a mandatory requirement to wear a mask in all enclosed spaces without exception. The mask may be removed at the seat in the lecture halls and at a seat in the catering and lounge area.
  • Each visitor’s first and last name, full address or e-mail address and telephone number will be recorded at the time of ticket purchase so that possible chains of infection can be traced at a later date. On site, the actual time spent at the event site is documented. This data is made available exclusively to the responsible health authority upon request. The data is deleted four weeks after the end of the event.
  • Corresponding medical certificates for non-compliance with certain rules due to illnesses / health restrictions must be registered by the visitor before the start of the event. The organizer decides individually whether a visit is possible under these circumstances and does not endanger other visitors.
  • In case of non-compliance with the applicable measures, a person may be expelled from the event premises.

The event MW:M LIVE on 28.10. will take place under 2G conditions. Access will only be granted to persons who have been vaccinated or have recovered (persons are considered recovered if the positive PCR test was at least 28 days up to a maximum of 6 months ago).
