Call for Content

We invite you to participate in MW:M19 with YOUR own visions, ideas, questions, theses, experiments or out-of-the-box event formats. You don’t have to be the leading expert in a certain field or a seasoned business professional to contribute. Our aim is to get our international lineup of speakers as diverse and interesting and as beneficial for YOUR needs as we can and to include as many different perspectives as possible! Therefore, we’re inviting you to submit YOUR innovative and forward thinking ideas, recommendations and speaker proposals. Generally, we accept all proposals within and connected to the business side of music. To spark some ideas, here are some of our prospective programme tracks: 1. The VALUE of music Everything ranging from streaming models to DIY monetisation, from brand marketing to smart licensing or trends within the creative communities. The value of music is shifting and so are we! 2. New music MARKETS Understanding emerging music markets such as Africa, India or the Middle East; new tech-related markets, trends in podcasting, demos of new business models or new ways of collaborating. 3. New music EXPERIENCES Be it immersive live and festival experiences, new kinds of listening, gaming applications, voice interaction, podcasting, connected cars or assisted composition – you name it! 4. AWARENESS of music in work and life Social impact of music, career development, leadership, educational trends, sustainable concepts, content disruption trends within the creative communities and shifts in society – don’t limit yourself by this buzzword bingo and feel free to experiment! All proposals will be reviewed by or curators. You will get feedback if your proposal has been selected latest until Fri, May 3rd. We’re very much looking forward to your input!
